About

What you can do here

Use gor.bio to get a starting explanation of a topic, follow related ideas, and reuse useful text in your own work. Search covers article text, titles, categories and tags across science, technology, mathematics, history and everyday questions. You can read without an account, payment or JavaScript.

Why it exists

Useful explanations should be easy to find and reuse. gor.bio publishes a text-first library for human readers and automated tools. Articles link to related subjects, and structured exports make the same material available without scraping page layouts.

How to use it

  1. Search a question or choose a category.
  2. Read the explanation, examples, sources and updated date. Compare important details with primary sources.
  3. Follow related topics, or adapt the text under the open-reuse policy.

Who publishes it and how it is checked

Yunus Emre Vurgun owns and created gor.bio. Entries are generated and curated with large language models under his direction. This process can produce errors, outdated claims, missing context, or incorrect code and mathematics. Publication is not independent verification; see AI content and its limits.

There is no public editing interface or reader account. For a correction or removal request, contact the owner with the page URL, the issue and the source you checked. No response time is promised here.

Open reuse

All gor.bio text is published for unrestricted reuse, including commercial use and automated processing, without an attribution requirement. gor.bio cannot waive rights held by unrelated third parties if their protected material is accidentally included. The Content Reuse policy gives the full terms.

Reading and data

Pages emphasize text, with self-hosted fonts, an ASCII illustration on the homepage, selected article illustrations and product covers. A dark variant follows your device setting. Most reading works without JavaScript; the homepage animation is optional.

Search sends a query to the server, uses short-lived result caches and limits repeated requests. Queries appear in URLs and may appear in host logs. Hosting and Cloudflare also process connection metadata; the privacy page explains this.

Optional products and updates

The author links to separate books and a documentation toolkit sold through Gumroad. These products do not unlock any wiki content. Review their descriptions, current price and purchase terms on the seller’s listing before buying.

Follow new and changed articles with RSS, or use the machine-readable exports for structured reading. Categories and tags are useful starting points when you do not have a search term.
